Registration 2010-2011

Can you believe it's time to start registration for the 2010-2011 school year? Registration is now open to everyone.

Prospective parents may schedule appointments to view the facility and observe the staff interacting with students. If you are interested in enrolling your child in the preschool, please contact the school office at (301) 527-9300 or by email.

The brochure with class details and price list is available for download below. You can also download the registration form and the preschool handbook. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to use these files.

About the Preschool

Covenant United Methodist Preschool is grounded in the conviction that every child is created in the image of God. Covenant is a teaching school, open nine months a year, September through May. We encourage the emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual and physical development of each child. Children attend Chapel bi-weekly, enjoy field trips, and have special guests and speakers as visitors during class. Students have opportunities to learn, share, take turns, and will grow to respect the rights of others. The curriculum and environment encourage children to develop Christian attitudes and behaviors.

Class Schedule 2010-2011

The morning preschool session begins at 9:00 a.m. with pick up promptly at 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. for extended day. The afternoon session begins after lunch at 12:15 p.m. with dismissal at 2:45 p.m.

The three year old classes attend school two or three days per week while the pre-Kindergarten classes attend school three or four days per week.
